Starter Membership

You can invest a maximum of 1 000 000 € throughout the duration of your membership. Upon joining, your account will be loaded with  1 000 000 credits, each corresponding to one euro, and these credits will be utilized as you engage in fundraising activities.

You can invest a maximum of 300 € in startups that appear most promising to you. Investment amounts are always rounded to the nearest euro.

In cases of oversubscription in a fundraising campaign, where demand surpasses the target amount, our algorithm ensures a fair selection of investors. Ensure your spot in a fundraiser, even during oversubscription, by utilizing a priority voucher activated upon indicating your subscription intent. Members subscribing to this membership have 0  priority voucher(s).

To cover the structuring, administrative, and legal expenses associated with investments, a 8 % fee is applicable on each investment. This fee is a one-time payment made at the time of your investment, calculated based on the invested amount.

In the event of a buyout of the startup in which you have invested or successful resale of your shares, there is potential for a capital gain.  Akka Nordics applies a performance fee of 20% to the capital gain, you receive the remaining 80%.
