Silver Membership

You can invest a maximum of 25 000 € throughout the duration of your membership. Upon joining, your account will be loaded with  25 000 credits, each corresponding to one euro, and these credits will be utilized as you engage in fundraising activities.

You can invest a maximum of 5 000 € in startups that appear most promising to you. Investment amounts are always rounded to the nearest euro.

In cases of oversubscription in a fundraising campaign, where demand surpasses the target amount, our algorithm ensures a fair selection of investors. Ensure your spot in a fundraiser, even during oversubscription, by utilizing a priority voucher activated upon indicating your subscription intent. Members subscribing to this membership have 1  priority voucher(s).

To cover the structuring, administrative, and legal expenses associated with investments, a 5 % fee is applicable on each investment. This fee is a one-time payment made at the time of your investment, calculated based on the invested amount.

In the event of a buyout of the startup in which you have invested or successful resale of your shares, there is potential for a capital gain.  Akka Nordics applies a performance fee of 20% to the capital gain, you receive the remaining 80%.
